A One Stop Research Shop for tomorrow's pilots
CTC will be hosting an Open Day at our Crew Training Centre - Nursling (near Southampton, UK) on 7th July 2012.
Anyone interested in our training programmes - CTC Wings and CTC TAKEOFF - is welcome to attend.
The Open Day will provide an opportunity for anyone considering a career as an airline pilot to visit our Full Flight Simulator Centre and gain an insight into what is involved.
There will be various advice centres covering topics such as selection, training and finance and presentations during the day as well as tours around our Boeing and Airbus simulators, Virtual Flight Decks (VFD - Airbus) and Computer Based Training rooms. Representatives from the BBVA bank will be on hand to answer your finance queries and Pooleys pilot shop will be open on site. As we get closer to the date, we will also confirm other features available on the day.
The training centre will be open for visitors from 1000 - 1630 hrs. You are welcome to spend the entire day with us to tour our facilities and try your hand at some of the training devices. There will be a 'Careers Advice Centre' for you and your family to visit and have your questions answered and we will also be running two formal presentations during the day as follows -

Please Note: Each aspiring pilots is welcome to bring a maximum of 3 guests. All members of your party must be at least 14 years of age. Unfortunately, due to the technical equipment at the training centre, we cannot make any exceptions to this rule.
