The programme

Become a Pilot with CTC Wings CTC Wings is a programme designed to select, train and place the airline pilots of tomorrow. As a new programme to the Indian market, we are working towards establishing long term partnerships to achieve future placement opportunities with local airlines for our successful trainees. However, our reputation stands us in good stead. We already have an impressive list of partner airlines and over 1000 pilots have been placed with these airlines over the years since the programme was first launched.

Additionally, we have a corporate client base of around 50 airlines around the world who we regularly train for – many of whom will have significant pilot requirements in the future and we are in active discussions with several Indian airlines about their own resourcing requirements. So, you can be assured that we are doing our best to secure the best opportunities around the world for our CTC Wings graduates.

If you have little or even no flying experience, we will take you from the basics through single-engine and multi-engine flying and - depending on the opportunities available at the time - on to jet training and airline type rating with one of our future partner airlines.

CTC Wings pilots are known in the industry for being some of the best pilots around. You will be trained by some of the most highly qualified instructors in the industry and benefit from state of the art training facilities. Your training will take place at our purpose-built Crew Training Centre in New Zealand - an awesome place to spend your time learning to fly!
