Monarch Wings

"Monarch Wings" ATPL and MPL Training with CTC Aviation and Monarch Airlines...
CTC Aviation and Monarch Airlines have been working in partnership for many years and a large proportion of the Monarch pilot team came through training with CTC - either as cadets or as experienced pilots. In November 2011 we agreed a partnership to work together to deliver forward thinking Multi-Crew Pilot Licence training for tomorrow's airline pilots.
Monarch Airlines and CTC, wth the UK CAA's approval, launched their first Multi-crew Pilot's Licence training programme in December 2011. The "Monarch Wings" MPL course sets new standards for MPL training and several of our other Partner Airlines are now following suit. Our innovative approach uses G1000 equipped aircraft throughout the Core phase and Airbus A320 flight simulators throughout the Basic, Intermediate and Advanced phases.
The first Monarch Wings MPL course will start 'flying the line' with Monarch during 2013. If you are interested in their progress, follow one of their cadet blogs to learn first hand what the experience with Monarch Wings is like
Through Monarch Wings, we also place CTC Wings graduates who have completed the ATPL course with us and a further twelve CTC Wings pilots started their type rating for Monarch in February 2012. Additionally we have placed graduates of our CTC Wings programme with Monarch throughout 2012. We anticipate doing the same during 2013 and beyond.
